Who is responsible for your data
OnlyNuts uses the details sent through this website to respond to enquiries. You can contact us at onlynutsgr@gmail.com or +30 698 080 5444.
What we collect and why
The enquiry form may include your name, phone number or email address, the product you are asking about and the message you write. We use this information only to understand and answer your enquiry, discuss availability or respond about a possible wholesale partnership.
The website does not create customer accounts and does not process card payments or online orders.
Form delivery
The form uses FormSubmit as a technical delivery service so your message can reach our email inbox. Your details are therefore transmitted through that service for the purpose of delivering the message.
Cookies and site traffic
Cloudflare Web Analytics may provide aggregate page-view and performance statistics without placing analytics cookies. The hosting and security infrastructure may also place a short-lived, strictly necessary Cloudflare security cookie to protect the website from automated or malicious traffic.
OnlyNuts may also count, in aggregate, clicks on contact and social links and successful form submissions. No message text, name, phone number or email address is included in these events. The Sites hosting platform also provides aggregate figures such as unique visitors and page views. These figures are used only to understand the website's overall performance.
If you select “Accept”, Meta Pixel loads to measure visits from our Facebook and Instagram ads, views of the products page, clicks on contact methods and successful contact-form submissions. It may place Meta cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. We do not send Meta the content of your message, your name, phone number or email address through these events. If you select “Reject”, Meta Pixel does not load.
You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future advertising measurement on this browser and removes the known Meta cookies for onlynuts.gr where technically possible.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably needed to answer the enquiry and maintain any resulting business communication. You may ask us for access, correction or deletion by contacting us directly.
